作为一家去年刚重新装修、连服务员的服装和菜单封面的设计都系出名门的米其林一星粤餐厅，丽思卡尔顿酒店内的夏苑的早茶点心价格大多才五六新币，这实在是很亲民了。更不用说，很多点心用了高档食材，味道还很好，比如鲍鱼烧卖、龙虾虾饺等都是想再来一份的菜式。午市套餐里的一道响螺汤里的娃娃菜都精心雕刻。可能是环境好、口味好的原因，夏苑很受本地人欢迎，订位挺不容易的。
